Nature of the service

The Refitting Room provides wardrobe review and alteration coordination. We help customers evaluate what can be altered, what should wait, what may be better replaced, and what may not be worth tailoring.

$199 Workwear Transition Plan

The founding-client Workwear Transition Plan is a 60-minute garment guidance consultation covering 5–7 garments. Recommendations are based on user-submitted context, notes, fabric, construction, current fit issues, photos when provided, and timing.

Estimates and payment

The founding-client consultation rate is $199, paid upfront to reserve. Alterations and purchases are separate. Alteration pricing depends on garment type, fabric, construction, and work required. Customers should approve estimates before alteration work begins.

User-submitted photos

Customers are responsible for submitting photos and notes they are comfortable sharing. Optional fit photos may help evaluate a garment, but detailed body measurements beyond the requested consultation context are not required to begin.

Tailoring partners

Approved alteration work may involve tailoring partners. Partner involvement, pickup, delivery, and service-area details should be confirmed in final operating terms.

Fit adjustment window

If an approved alteration needs refinement, customers should contact The Refitting Room within the stated adjustment window. The final launch policy should define the window and eligible adjustment types.

Limits and garment risk

We do not promise perfect fit or that every garment can be altered. Garments may carry handling, fabric, construction, or alteration risk. Customers should approve recommended work before any garment is changed.

Scheduling and cancellations

A founding spot is reserved after the $199 consultation payment is received. Any applicable scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation terms will be shared before payment.
