Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, garment details, appointment preferences, current weight, height, GLP-1 timing, garment photos, optional fit photos, notes about body change, and other details included in a service request. The NYC pilot application does not ask for weight, height, or medical details.
How we use information
We use this information to review garments, prepare fit guidance, respond to your request, estimate next steps, and coordinate approved alteration work.
Photos and tailoring partners
Garment photos and optional fit photos may be shared with tailoring partners only when needed to evaluate or complete the service you requested.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, cookie-free aggregate pageview measurement. We also collect limited first-party funnel events such as application steps and button clicks to understand whether the pilot journey works. Our funnel events use a random identifier scoped to one browser tab and may include campaign tags, a public page path, and a referring site. They do not include application answers, contact details, account identifiers, full external URLs, or cookies. We do not add IP addresses to the funnel records we store, and our first-party funnel events honor browser Do Not Track signals.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your intake information or uploaded photos by replying to a service email from The Refitting Room.
Legal review
Retention, vendor, security, and state privacy terms will be reviewed as the pilot and service operations expand.
